Dr. Banerjee has spent her career teaching both regular and special education, as well as evaluating students and chairing local screening committees to determine special education eligibility. Her career includes working with special needs students in the United States as well overseas – in the Philippines, Indonesia, Finland, India, and the United Arab Emirates, both in American Embassy and International schools. She holds a doctorate in Education with a specialty in learning disabilities from George Mason University.
